My fave had to be the older A6 - green over beige, quattro, TT V6 and manual transmission. ‘Sporty’ Geo Metro with body color trim and drilled pedals with the contents of a German first aid kit dumped in the front seat. A couple of limos, but none I’d want to ride in.

So someone needed a door pull, but couldn’t be arsed to remove the door card to reach it. That’s a dick move.
I’d like to hear the story about that mud-packed... er... whatever it is. Flood victim, perhaps?

What state is this?
I had that identical A6. Only about 100~ made with that color combo/manual.

This is in Southern Illinois, just across the river from St Louis.

Judging by the crap stuck in the front of the left fender I was thinking accidental off-road excursion.
And there seems to be plenty of people doing stupid things, especially breaking windows because, well, they can.

Somebody went to the Clarkson school of parts removal for that door handle.

Remember the Africa special when he stole a chunk of James’s hood to patch his door skin?

What yard are you in? If I recall you’re in the St Louis area and I’d love to get me hands on some of those Scout parts.

Well, a lot of the cars there are sent down from Chicago (the average car in STL doesn’t get nearly as rusty as those from Chicago) and others have been driven into the area from out of state and crashed here, like that Jetta from NC. It could be yours; Here are some shots with the VIN:
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

I live in Virginia so it’s unlikely. Mine also had better tires.
